Twin Pine Farm is a family operated gourmet produce farm located about 30 miles north of St. Paul, Minnesota. We are proud of our high quality produce and clean, sustainable growing methods.

Twin Pine products include gourmet flavored honeys, oils, vinegars, no-sugar-added ice cream, and fresh heirloom tomatoes, herbs, and Asian greens. Our produce is grown hydroponically, so we can't label it "organic." However, because we grow in accordance with organic methods and exceed organic standards, our produce is truly "Beyond Organic."

Our products are available to the general public as well as to commercial restaurants, co-ops, and markets.

Sage Gecko e-shop is now open for online sales of our dried produce, honeys, oils, vinegars. As our fresh produce becomes available, it will be available at Sage Gecko for pickup at our greenhouse/store.

Sage Gecko also features a line of powerful Lyme fighting herbs, based on the protocols of master herbalist, Stephen Buhner, in his book, Fighting Lyme.

Our fresh greens, heirloom tomatoes, edible flowers, watercress, and chives are enjoying the early spring and will be available soon!

What the heck do we do at Twin Pine during the winter months, besides huddle by the fire and stay warm?

Well, we have a wide variety of Gourmet Flavored Honeys and imported Balsamic Vinegars and Olive Oils, for starters.

And in the produce department, most of our fresh products are available as Fresh Dried chips, powder, or capsules. Fresh-Dried means that our Asian greens, Heirloom tomatoes, and select herbs are dried within hours of being picked to allow the highest possible levels of nutrition and flavor.
